- Print — a reproduction of an original painting, printed in a limited number of copies.
- Custom Order — a work created according to the client's personal request based on their preferences.
Placing an Order:
- The client selects a ready painting or print, or orders a custom work.
- To place an order, you must fill out a form on the website or contact the artist using the provided contact details.
- After placing the order, the artist and the client agree on the details: deadlines, cost, scope of work, and other important matters.
Pricing:
- The price for finished paintings and prints is listed on the website.
- The cost of custom orders depends on the complexity, size, and client's requirements.
Payment:
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve a painting.
- The remaining balance is paid before shipping.
- Payment methods: bank transfer or other agreed methods.
Delivery:
- Delivery is made only after full payment.
- Delivery is discussed individually, depending on the client's location.
- Delivery is not included in the price of the painting.
- The artist is not responsible for postal delays or customs fees in the client's country.
- If the painting is damaged during shipping, the client must notify the artist within 24 hours of receiving it.
Copyright:
- All copyright remains with the artist.
- The client has no right to:
  - Use the image for commercial purposes.
  - Reproduce or print copies of the painting without the artist's consent.

- The client is allowed to publish photos of the painting on social media with attribution to the artist.

Certificate of Authenticity:
- A certificate of authenticity is attached to each original painting, confirming its uniqueness.
- A certificate is also included with prints to confirm that they are official reproductions of the artist’s work.

Confidentiality:
- All data provided by the client and information about the work process are kept confidential.
- Order information will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties:

- Rights of the Artist:
  - To retain copyright on the completed works.

- Obligations of the Client:

- Rights of the Client:

Legal Force of the Agreement:
